CADchUP Forensics is an app with with commands for analysis.

Unfortunately, the used font is a .otf font, not understood by many CAD programs and should be obtained via this link: https://www.rijkshuisstijl.nl/bouwstenen/lettertype/rijksoverheid-sans.
